Collection: White Tea

Chinese white tea is one of the six major types of tea in China. It is mainly produced in Fujian Province, especially in Fuding, Zhenghe, Jianyang and other places. The name of white tea comes from the appearance of the tea leaves. The young buds are covered with a layer of fine white hairs, just like "white snow". The production process of white tea is very simple. It basically does not go through rolling or killing, so the natural shape of the tea leaves is maintained.
