Collection: Green Tea

Green tea, as one of the six major types of tea, originated in China. It is a beverage made from unfermented leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis plant, retaining the natural substances of fresh leaves and containing nutrients such as polyphenols, catechins, chlorophyll, amino acids, and vitamins. It is produced through processes including fixation (heating to stop enzymatic activity), rolling (to shape the leaves and extract juices), and drying (to remove moisture and stabilize the tea).
